Hi, I’m Kassandra!
I am a proud mama of three and a wife to my high school sweetheart! I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery for quite some time now. In 2012 I pursued a path in Yoga, leaving behind a soul-sucking 9-5 job. I taught for many years and loved every minute of it (mostly).
When my mom passed away in 2016, things changed. I changed. Shortly after her passing, I became pregnant with my son. In the process of grieving and becoming a mother for the first time, I had to do a lot of inner work to heal and to help me move forward. I leaned on my practices. I sought support - first from a therapist and then a coach, which I found was a much better fit for me.
This was only the beginning of my spiritual quest for meaning, purpose, and enlightenment. With my background in Yoga and my own life experience with loss, I felt a strong pull to show up in a bigger way. To share my story. My gifts. And to support other women on their journey of self-discovery and healing.
From Yoga, to gathering and holding space for women in ceremony, now to pursuing life coaching, I am thrilled to be in this space and doing what I know I came here to do.
